A Poll on CNBC has 5742 responses at the time of this writing, 57% of which say that making $250K a year does not make you rich. Make of this what you will. At one time it was at least as high as 61%. For the record, only 2.245 million U.S. households, the top 1.9 percent, had income greater than $250,000 in 2007.
